What is Happy Soap made from?

Each bar is handmade with organic ingredients, pure lemongrass essential oil, and cocoa butter. Our bars are completely colour-free and fragrance-free — just clean, natural goodness.

Are the bars all identical?

Not quite — and that's the point. Each bar is poured, shaped, and finished by hand, so some may look a little different from the next. We love that. Because we are too.

How big are the bars?

Each Happy Soap bar is a generous full-size bar, perfect for daily use. Exact dimensions may vary slightly due to the handmade process.

Is Happy Soap suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our bars are colour-free and fragrance-free, making them gentle for most skin types. If you have specific allergies or skin conditions, please review the ingredient list or consult your doctor before use.

What is the coloring activity?

We partnered with a young artist — a real person, not AI — to create original artwork for each country in our collection. The coloring sheet is yours to bring to life. Add your colors, make it yours, and share your happiness.

What is the collectible magnet?

Each box contains a surprise magnet tied to the country theme of your soap. Collect all six from our First Six launch countries — New Zealand 🇳🇿, Australia 🇦🇺, USA 🇺🇸, Hong Kong 🇭🇰, Japan 🇯🇵, and India 🇮🇳.

What is the packaging made from?

Our packaging is layered and built using scraps and pieces that might otherwise have been thrown away — turned into something meaningful and worth keeping.

Why does each soap have a country?

Every soap comes with a country — a little reminder that there is something good everywhere. In the people, the food, the culture, the stories… if we just choose to see it. Same soap. Different story.

Which countries are available?

Our First Six launch countries are: New Zealand 🇳🇿, Australia 🇦🇺, USA 🇺🇸, Hong Kong 🇭🇰, Japan 🇯🇵, and India 🇮🇳. More countries are coming as we grow!

Can I buy all six?

Yes! Our First Six Complete World Bundle lets you collect all six soaps in one order. It's the perfect gift — for someone else, or for yourself.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Free shipping is available on all orders $40 USD and over.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

What if my soap arrives damaged?
